Event Flowers & Floral Styling in Amsterdam
Flowers have the power to completely transform an event
At The Bloom Bar, we create bespoke event flowers and floral styling in Amsterdam and across the Netherlands. From corporate dinners and brand launches to private celebrations and large-scale floral installations, we design flowers that bring your event, venue and vision to life.
Our approach is modern, playful and inspired by nature, with a love for colour, texture and unexpected floral details. Every event is different, so we work closely with our clients, event planners and venues to create floral designs that feel personal, considered and completely unique.
Whether you need elegant table arrangements for an intimate dinner, statement flowers for a product launch or an immersive floral installation that becomes the centrepiece of your event, we'll help you make an impression.
Bespoke Event Flowers in Amsterdam
We believe event flowers should do more than simply fill a space.
They should complement the venue, reflect the mood of the occasion and create an experience for your guests.
For every event, we consider the bigger picture, from the architecture and interiors of the venue to your colour palette, branding, lighting and styling. We then create floral designs that feel naturally connected to the space.
Our event floristry can be bold and colourful, soft and romantic, contemporary and minimal, or completely unexpected. We love experimenting with seasonal flowers, unusual textures and interesting shapes to create arrangements with personality.
Most importantly, every design is created specifically for your event.
Corporate Event Flowers
Flowers are a powerful way to bring a brand or corporate event to life.
We create floral styling for a wide range of corporate events in Amsterdam, including:
- Brand launches
- Product launches
- Corporate dinners
- Conferences and networking events
- Press events
- Company celebrations
- Client events
- Photoshoots and campaigns
- Hospitality and VIP events
We can work with your existing brand identity, incorporating colours, shapes and visual elements into the floral design, or create something completely new that complements your creative direction.
We've had the pleasure of creating event flowers and installations for brands including Snapchat, Magnum and HSBC, as well as events at some of Amsterdam's most exciting venues.

Floral Installations & Statement Flowers
Sometimes a table arrangement isn't enough.
For events that need a little more impact, we create bespoke floral installations designed to become part of the experience.
Think oversized floral arrangements, statement entrances, floral arches, flower walls, hanging installations, stage flowers and immersive displays.
A large-scale floral installation can completely change the atmosphere of a venue. It can draw guests into a space, create a memorable first impression or provide a beautiful backdrop for photographs and social content.
We love working on ambitious floral concepts and finding creative ways to make flowers part of the architecture of an event.
Event Table Flowers & Centrepieces
For dinners, receptions and more intimate events, beautiful table flowers can completely transform the guest experience.
We create bespoke centrepieces that work with the shape and style of your tables while allowing guests to comfortably see and interact with one another.
Depending on the event, this could mean a collection of smaller arrangements, one abundant centrepiece or a more relaxed, garden-inspired design running along the length of the table.
We work with seasonal flowers, foliage and interesting textures to create table flowers that feel natural, abundant and full of character.
Flowers for Amsterdam Venues
Amsterdam has an incredible variety of event spaces, from luxury hotels and restaurants to creative studios, historic buildings and iconic modern venues.
Every venue presents a different opportunity for floral design.
We consider the existing architecture and interiors when developing your flowers, making sure the arrangements enhance the space rather than compete with it.
We've created floral designs for events at locations including A'DAM Tower and the Pillows Hotel, as well as private and corporate events throughout Amsterdam.
Whether you're hosting an intimate dinner beside the canals or a large-scale brand event, we'll work with you to create flowers that feel right for the space.
Seasonal Flowers, Thoughtfully Designed
We love working with flowers at their most beautiful.
Seasonal flowers bring natural variation, colour and texture to an event, and they allow us to create designs that feel connected to the time of year.
Spring brings delicate blooms and fresh colours. Summer gives us an abundance of vibrant flowers and garden-inspired textures. Autumn brings richer tones and beautiful sculptural ingredients, while winter offers branches, berries, foliage and flowers in deeper, atmospheric palettes.
Working seasonally also allows us to make more considered choices about the flowers we use.
Our designs are always guided by what is naturally beautiful and available, rather than forcing a particular flower into every brief.
